Hourglass Vanish Seamless Liquid Foundation Comparison Swatches

Hi everyone, this foundation. Very pale. Cool toned. But not a formula that works well on my face. I really tried. Not great for dry skin and I think overall a challenging formula to work with. You need a very small amount and it doesn't blend well with a sponge. I found a style of primer it seems to blend better over (Tatcha Silk Canvas / elf Poreless Putty Primer), so that's something! More details on my thoughts in the video. Here's some comparison swatches. It's lighter than the stick foundation in Blanc.

Swatched left to right, mostly dry:
  • Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define in F0.5
  • Hourglass Vanish Liquid in Blanc
  • Hourglass Vanish Stick in Blanc
  • Too Faced Born This Way in Cloud (too light, cool for me)
  • Cover FX Power Play Foundation in N0
  • Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define in F0.2 (good shade match)
  • Clinique Even Better Foundation in CN 0.5 Shell (good shade match)
  • Estee Lauder Double Wear in 0N1 Alabaster (too light, cool for me)
  • L'Oreal Infallible Fresh Wear in 400 Pearl (a little dark but wearable)
  • Fenty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte in 100
Here's my video review, demo and wear test.
