My Palest / Fairest Concealer Swatches | paleandfreckled

Hey guys, today I thought I'd do a roundup of my palest concealers with swatches and some talk about formulas. I'll include a link to my video once it is up! I included wet and mostly dry swatches because good old Tarte Shape Tape in Fair is in here and I can't resist a chance to show how much darker that one dries.

There are certainly other very fair concealers out there such as the KKW and Kylie concealers, but I have not purchased them. I would be interested in trying the Kylie as the more satin finish appeals to my 38 year old crepey undereyes. :) I included a couple foundation swatches as reference points.

Swatched left to right:
  • Smashbox Studio Skin Foundation in .1
  • Tarte Shape Tape in Fair
  • Tarte Shape Tape in Porcelain Beige (new lightest shade)
  • NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly
  • MAC Studio Fix Concealer in NC10
  • IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Under Eyes in Light
  • MAKE UP FOR EVER Ultra HD Concealer in Y21
  • Cover FX Power Play Concealer in N Fair 1
  • Colourpop No Filter Concealer in Fair 02
  • Colourpop No Filter Concealer in Fair 06
  • Makeup Revolution Conceal & Define in C0.5
  • NYX HD Concealer in 00 Alabaster
  • Makeup Revolution Concealer in C0 White
  • BH Cosmetics Total Coverage Concealer in White
  • Sephora Bright Futures Gel Serum Concealer in Bavarian Cream
  • Fenty Pro Filt'r Soft Matte Foundation in 100

  1. This will be really helpful for me when buying pale concealer online. I've been disappointed by the shade many times. Thank you! (This is Allison Presley from YouTube. I'm a big fan of your videos!)

  2. I have a few new products to try thanks to your swatches! My skin is as fair as it gets and the sun and I do not get along at all lol. I’ve also yet to come across a foundation that was too light, excluding anything pure white of course. Needless to say, it’s very hard to find products with the right undertones as I am very cool-toned and even neutral tones can look unnatural on me. So, thank you for sharing!
